The suspension or deletion of User accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.

The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the User does not exempt the User from paying any applicable fees or prices.

API USAGE TERMS

Users may access their data relating to this Website via the Application Program Interface (API). Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product/service that accesses this Website, is bound by these Terms and, in addition, by the following specific terms:

  • the User expressly understands and agrees that the Owner bears no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the User’s use of the API or their use of any third-party products/services that access data through the API.
 

We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £35.

For UK orders under £35, delivery is charged at £2.99. 

All prices quoted within the Pulsin website include 20% VAT where appropriate and an additional charge is made for postage unless otherwise stated. Postage is calculated by delivery address and/or price of basket. This cost is shown separately in the checkout before you enter your details for payment.

We will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 5 working days after your payment has been confirmed. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via email or phone immediately and offer you an alternative or cancel your order. Delivery is available within the UK and overseas where stated.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary. Upon delivery, Users must verify the content of the delivery and report anomalies without undue delay, using the contact details provided in this document or as described in the delivery note. Users may refuse to accept the parcel if visibly damaged. Goods are delivered to the countries or territories specified in the relevant section of this Website. Delivery times are specified on this Website or during the purchasing process.

Failed delivery Pulsin cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the User, nor for any damages or delays after handover to the carrier if the latter is arranged by the User. If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within the deadline specified, the goods will be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action. Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at the User’s expense.

Please be made aware that due to logistical difficulties with delivering orders outside of the UK, we have had to make the hard decision to stop all international orders. This includes all countries in the EU outside of England, Scotland and Wales

 

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the email address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on Pulsin website. The changes will apply to the use of Pulsin website after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, you should not use Pulsin website. If you continue to use Pulsin website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Pulsin website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

This service encrypts all personal information entered to prevent anyone but the intended recipient from viewing or manipulating your information. If for any reason your information is used to make fraudulent purchases, your bank or credit card company may not hold you accountable for any more than £50.00 of fraudulent purchases. Additionally, Pulsin Ltd will reimburse you up to the full £50.00 of fraudulent charges you could be held liable for if the fraud occurred through no fault of your own as a result of information being passed across our secure server.

Purchasing process

Any steps taken from choosing a Product to order submission form part of the purchasing process. The purchasing process includes these steps:

Order submission

When the User submits an order, the following applies:

We are committed to provide great products and customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original, unopened condition within 7 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your original payment method. 

We can only accept returns on unopened goods or faulty goods only.

We’ll happily refund the delivery charge if the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. Simply send us proof of return postage and we’ll add this to the refund. Please note we do not offer free returns if the product is being returned due to customer error/change of mind.

RETURNING ITEMS BY MAIL
  • Fill out the following information on the back of your invoice when you return the goods;
  • State the item(s) you are returning.
  • State the reason for the return.
  • Small Items – Package the return securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include the packing slip. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Send the package to: RETURNS, Pulsin Ltd, Unit 1, IO centre Hurricane Road, Brockworth, Gloucester, GL3 4AQ.
  • If the return if due to a fault of our own, please email us and we will arrange a time to collect the items.
  • Please note that refunds for cancellation and/or returns will be processed in the same form of payment originally used.
  • Please email enquiries@pulsin.co.uk before sending your items back to arrange a return.
 

You can pay via Paypal, using a Paypal account or a credit card; alternatively payment can be made via SAP using either VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Solo or Switch/Maestro. We are unable to accept AMEX, cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative you provide the cardholder’s name as it is shown on the card, your address exactly as it appears on the card statement, the security number (last 3 digits of the number in the signature strip on the reverse of the card) and the issue number if relevant (Switch/Maestro). We use sophisticated fraud detection methods and if this information does not match the information held by the issuing company then payment may be rejected and we will not be able to process your order.

Information related to accepted payment methods are made available during the purchasing process. Some payment methods may only be available subject to additional conditions or fees. In such cases related information can be found in the dedicated section of this Website. All payments are independently processed through third-party services. Therefore, this Website does not collect any payment information – such as credit card details – but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed. If payment through the available methods fail or is refused by the payment service provider, the Owner shall be under no obligation to fulfil the purchase order. Any possible costs or fees resulting from the failed or refused payment shall be borne by the User.

Until payment of the total purchase price is received by the Owner, any Products ordered shall not become the User’s property.

From time to time we make discounts and promotion codes available, which can be used on our website. The majority of these use a code, which must be entered at the basket stage of the checkout process.

Each discount code has its own terms and conditions, but please be aware that the following T&Cs apply to all discounts and promotion codes including Social Sharing:

“Refer-a-friend”

This Website gives Users the opportunity to receive a discount if, as a result of their recommendation, any new User purchases a Product offered on this Website. Such codes can only be redeemed once. Although Pulsin aim to offer you the best service possible, we cannot make any promises the services at the Pulsin website will meet your unique requirements. Pulsin cannot guarantee the service will be fault free. EXCEPTION FOR EUROPEAN CONSUMERS

However, regardless of the above, if the User qualifies as a European Consumer and has their habitual residence in a country where the law provides for a higher consumer protection standard, such higher standards shall prevail.

VENUE OF JURISDICTION

The exclusive competence to decide on any controversy resulting from or connected to these Terms lies with the courts of the place where the Owner is based, as displayed in the relevant section of this document.

  • The closing date for competitions will be highlighted on the competition page/post.
  • All prizes are subject to availability, and Pulsin reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative product of equal or higher value if necessary at the promoters’ discretion.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK mainland residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Competitions are not open to Pulsin employees (and their families), their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the competition.
  • Winner(s) will be selected at random after the closing date by an independent judge from all entries received. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Winner(s) will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) within 6 weeks of the closing date. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered.
  • If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter’s sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
  • Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the promoter is Pulsin Ltd.
  • Competitions hosted on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.
  • Any joint or group competitions entries will allow for your data to be shared with the competition prize suppliers.
