Ingredients

  • 250g strawberries

  • 100g dark chocolate

  • 200g dairy free yogurt

  • 50g Pulsin Chocolate Complete Protein Blend or Pulsin Vanilla Complete Protein Blend

  • 1tbsp maple syrup or sweetener

Directions

  • Slice strawberries into thin pieces and lay flat on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Add the protein powder to the yogurt and add any sweeteners you desire (we add 1tbsp maple syrup). Combine until smooth and spread this mix on top of the strawberries.
  • Freeze this layer for 10 mins
  • While waiting, melt your chocolate in a bain marie or in the microwave in intervals.
  • Take the frozen strawberry layer out and top with melted chocolate. Spread evenly and freeze again for around 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the freezer and cut your strawberry bark into pieces. Consume fresh from the freezer or after a few minutes.
  • Store the remainder in the freezer until ready to eat so it doesn’t melt.
