Choc Hazelnut Melt-in-the-Middle Baked Oats

28g Pulsin Choc Hazelnut Complete Protein Blend
150ml plant-based milk
50g oats
1tbsp maple syrup
½ banana, mashed
½ tsp baking powder
Dark chocolate chunks or chocolate spread
Directions
- Preheat an oven to 180oC and prepare a small baking dish
- Add all ingredients except the dark chocolate chunks/chocolate spread to a blender and blend to a smooth paste
- Pour the mix into the baking dish and put in the preheated oven for 10 mins.
- After 10 mins, take the dish out of the oven and add to the middle your chocolate or spread. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Once baked, take out of the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before tucking in.
- Add hazelnuts, banana or melted chocolate to top and enjoy the melted middle
