Choc Hazelnut Melt-in-the-Middle Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 28g Pulsin Choc Hazelnut Complete Protein Blend

  • 150ml plant-based milk

  • 50g oats

  • 1tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ banana, mashed

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Dark chocolate chunks or chocolate spread

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 180oC and prepare a small baking dish
  • Add all ingredients except the dark chocolate chunks/chocolate spread to a blender and blend to a smooth paste
  • Pour the mix into the baking dish and put in the preheated oven for 10 mins.
  • After 10 mins, take the dish out of the oven and add to the middle your chocolate or spread. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • Once baked, take out of the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before tucking in.
  • Add hazelnuts, banana or melted chocolate to top and enjoy the melted middle
